Space Kitz Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Space Kitz. We are committed to delivering high-quality STEM kits and educational experiences. To ensure clarity and protect both parties, please carefully read our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for defective products. A defective product is defined as one that is non-functional due to a manufacturing fault and not due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper setup by the customer.

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is proven to be defective upon arrival.

  • You notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned in original, undamaged packaging with all components and materials included.

  • You provide photo or video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for a defective item, you must:

  1. Email support@spacekitz.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include the following in your request:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect

  3. Wait for our team to assess and approve the return before shipping anything back.

Do not return any items without prior written approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

  • We do not accept exchanges under any circumstance.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

4. Shipping Costs

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

5. Right to Refuse Return

Space Kitz reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

  • Deny return requests if the product appears to have been tampered with or misused.

  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
